Your privacy

At Eiva we keep only what we need to take your booking and reach you. This page says exactly what, why, and for how long.

What we collect When you book a class: your name, mobile number, and optionally your email and health notes. When you pay: the image of the transfer receipt that you upload yourself. When you create an account: the same, plus a password stored only in encrypted form that nobody — ourselves included — can read.

Why we need it Your mobile number is the only way we can confirm a booking or tell you about a change to the schedule. Health notes are shared only with the instructor of that class, so the practice can be adapted to you.

What we never do We do not sell, rent or hand your details to any advertising company. We do not send you promotional messages unless you switched that on in your profile yourself.

Payment receipts Your receipt is used only to check and confirm the transfer, and is deleted from the system after six months.

Security The connection to this site is encrypted. Passwords are stored using a one-way algorithm. Access to the admin panel is restricted and logged.

Your rights You may ask at any time to see, correct or delete what we hold. Just call the club.
